What's one of your favorite design pieces you have in your own home?
My favorite piece is a large mirror made out of antique metal ceiling tiles. It is about 8 feet tall with beautiful patina. We purchased it from an Architectural Salvage place in Los Angeles. It started out as a great statement piece in our family room. We just recently moved it to our master bedroom when we re-designed it and it looks fabulous!
What is your favorite design trend of 2016?
I would have to say marble accents. I think I gravitate towards marble because I love grays and white.
Do you follow any other blogs for inspiration? If so, which ones?
I have followed several over the years and there are some amazing ones. If I had to narrow it down, I'd say Centsational Girl, Remodelaholic, and Shanty 2 Chic.
Can you explain a recent project you've been working on?
My daughter is getting older and we recently needed to update her room. We made it more colorful and "grown-up."
